At-Risk Youth Program
Engaging with homeless and at-risk youth provides our young volunteers with a deep understanding of the challenges their peers or others in the community may face. We teach them the importance of empathy, encouraging them not to judge or bully others without knowing their circumstances. This exposure humbles our youth, helping them appreciate the opportunities they have while also instilling a sense of responsibility to lend a helping hand.

Homeless/At-Risk Youth Program Description
Our Homeless/At-Risk Youth Program is designed to support vulnerable youth through collaborations with local nonprofit organizations. One key partner is the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, whose mission is to “eliminate homelessness among Nevada’s youth” by providing essential programs, education, and supplies. Through initiatives like Feel Good Friday (FGF), we distribute food, clothing, and hygiene supplies to at-risk youth. Additionally, we organize donation drives and events for the Drop-In Center to support those in need. We also collaborate with the Boys and Girls Club, creating safe spaces for youth to develop and grow, offering activities such as Field Days to build teamwork and leadership skills. At Village of Hope, we organize events and projects to further engage and empower at-risk youth in meaningful ways.
